1. Use of Your Mobile Phone

Your mobile phone must be unlocked for all operators to take advantage of our offers.

In the event of a locked phone, no refund will be possible.

Note: In accordance with French law, any mobile device must be unlocked for free by its seller after a period of 3 months following purchase.
2. Order Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: 50% refund only. Date modifications within this period are free.

Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: no refund. Date modifications within this period are charged €10.
3. Loss, Theft, and Payment Disputes

Loss or theft of SIM card after activation: replacement fee of €10.
-
Payment dispute: processing fee of €30 added to the amount due.
4. Bank Debit and Number Porting
-
Failed monthly debit: processing fee of 20 shekels added to the monthly invoice.

Number porting: The client must inform eSIM Israel of any porting to another operator to terminate the contract. Debits continue until a cancellation request is received by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
5. Easy Transfer Service

This service (call forwarding) is entirely the client's responsibility regarding their original operator.

eSIM Israel assumes no liability in case of malfunction. For assistance, please contact your operator directly.
6. Use of eSIM Israel Cards

Cards are reserved for personal and reasonable use on mobile phones only.

Any professional use, use on modems/mobile routers, or excessive use violates our terms and may result in line suspension within 24 hours without refund.

Usage limits:

Local calls: 1500 minutes.

Local SMS: 500 SMS.
-
International calls (pro plan): 1000 minutes.
-
International SMS (pro plan): 500 SMS.

7. International Virtual Numbers

eSIM Israel may require a copy of ID and proof of residence.

Without these documents, the option will be suspended without refund.

In case of requests from authorities, additional documents may be required to ensure service continuity.
8. Retention of Israeli Number
-
Number retention is valid provided that a plan is activated at least once a year.
-
Inactivity for more than a year may result in the number being reassigned or canceled.
9. eSIM
-
A deleted eSIM not reactivated within the year becomes invalid.
-
Before placing an order, the client must verify their device compatibility. No refund will be issued in case of incompatibility.
10. Protection of Personal Data

eSIM Israel collects and uses personal data in compliance with the GDPR to:

Manage orders and client relationships.

Improve its services and communications.

Fulfill its legal obligations.

13. Order Failure
